The location and the view from the hotel is best! very much near the market and right in front of lake! the service and hospitality is also awesome. Ram thapa, hotel manager was very kind and greeted us with smile and ensured all our issues are resolved during the stay. However, the property needs better maintenance. The mattress were not very comfortable and spare bed provided for 3rd adult was also not good. If well maintained, this will be the best place for stay, breakfast and roaming around the place.

Raniban arcade is right next few a lake, pokhra. I booked junior suite on top floor hence we were able to enjoy mesmerizing view of annapurna range from the balcony. Suite i booked was a small room and was not worth the price i paid. Bathroom did not have a lock on its door. They didn't clean the room throughout my stay inspite of requesting them. Though hotel staff is cooperative and warm but they could not provide good service due to lack of manpower. They also helped us in arranging our local sightseeing 訂房網站s. Breakfast was good and tasty. Overall stay was good but room and service is average.

Breakfast was excellent bcoz we belong to india and here poori baji, masala omelet, aloo parta was excellent. After 5 days we got nice delicious food in nepal. Coming to room, very very bad. Not maintained properly. Coat is too high

They didn't have the room available even if we paid for the room early. We had to go another hotel for stay. I haven't got any refund on that. Do not suggest this hotel to anyone. And makemy訂房網站, look into this matter and give me a refund as soon as possible.
